Code of Conduct
Bandjama sits between bands and the crews who mix them. It only works if everyone on the platform treats the other side of the stage with respect.
What we expect
- Be respectful to musicians, engineers, staff and other users — on and off the clock.
- Keep playbook and cue notes professional; they are read by people you work with.
- Represent your rig, your band and your credentials honestly.
- Respect venue policies, noise limits and the crew's authority over house equipment.
- Only access band data you have been invited to, and revoke invites you no longer need.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, discrimination or threats based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age or national origin.
- Abusive, obscene or defamatory content in band, song, cue or venue fields.
- Impersonating another band, engineer, venue or Bandjama staff.
- Attempting to access, alter or delete another band's profiles or playbooks.
- Using the service to spam venues or scrape other users' data.
Reporting
Report conduct issues to info@bandjama.com with as much detail as you can share. We treat reports confidentially where possible.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn a user, remove content, revoke band access, or suspend or terminate an account. Serious matters may be referred to venue management or law enforcement.
