Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Bandjama, a service operated by Bandjama LLC, 601 Carlson Parkway, Suite 1050, Minnetonka, MN 55305. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your content

Band profiles, rigs, setlists, cues, console maps and any other material you upload remain yours. You grant Bandjama a limited license to store, process and display that material for the purpose of operating the service — including making a band's FOH playbook viewable by the venue engineers you share it with.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Bandjama to upload unlawful content, to impersonate another band or person, to gain unauthorized access to another band's data, to interfere with the service, or to resell the service without written permission. See also our Code of Conduct.

4. Plans and billing

The free Band tier is offered as-is. Paid plans, when purchased, are billed in advance for the stated period and are not pro-rated on cancellation unless required by law. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Service availability and show-night risk

Bandjama is a preparation and reference tool. It does not guarantee that a venue console, MIDI connection or export will behave as expected during a performance. Always verify scenes and recalls before doors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bandjama LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost performances, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
