Privacy Policy
Bandjama LLC ("we") operates Bandjama. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, and name or display name if you provide one; authentication metadata such as sign-in timestamps.
- Band content — band and musician names, instruments, rigs, channel assignments, songs, cues, console maps, venues and show dates that you enter.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
To operate your account, generate FOH playbooks and console exports, share playbooks with the venues you choose, send service and account emails, and to keep the service secure.
Who can see your data
Your band's members can see and edit your band's content. FOH playbooks are readable by anyone with the link so a house engineer can open them on show night — do not put sensitive personal information in cue text. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) process data on our behalf under contract.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may delete your band content at any time, or request full account deletion by emailing info@bandjama.com; we will action it within 30 days, excluding data we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise them.
Children
Bandjama is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
